Over our summer residency at What Lab we used four ingriedients to bracket our research. Interviewing the people we usually turn to with food questions, we gathered fragments of recipies, stories and life advice. Our research came together as a listening/dining event where we shared a small tasting menu and the sound installation I developed from our conversations and kitchen recordings.

The origonal audio was a 75 minute, four-channel installation played live. This video is a trimmed/stereo version feat. research highlights.
